Cancellations & Refund Policy

1. Introduction

Legal Yug strives to provide high-quality legal services. This policy outlines the terms for cancellations and refunds related to our legal consultations and services. By engaging with our services, you agree to the terms below.

2. Consultation Fees

All consultation fees paid in advance are non-refundable once the consultation has been conducted.If you need to reschedule a consultation, you must inform us at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to additional charges.

3. Service Fees and Engagements

For legal services that require an upfront payment, refunds will not be issued once work on the case has begun.If a client cancels services before any legal work has commenced, a partial refund may be provided after deducting administrative and processing costs.Refunds for any unused portion of legal services will be at the sole discretion of Legal Yug, depending on the time and effort already invested in the case.

4. Payment Disputes

If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of the transaction.Any disputes related to payments will be resolved as per the applicable laws in India.

5. Exceptional Cases

In rare cases, if Legal Yug is unable to provide legal services due to unforeseen circumstances, a full or partial refund may be offered.Any such refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the date of approval.
